Renovations Underway Soon

We'll be renovating some of our facility towards the end of the year, primarily involving our Circuit Board and Earphone element manufacturing / assembly lines, scheduled to start Nov 19th and expected to finish by the end of 2012. In preparation, we've been working to increase relevant inventory levels to make sure there's no impact on existing orders, but from time to time we realize these order requirements can change based on customers' needs, as well as unforeseen situations such as natural disasters or other issues affecting the supply chain.
If you happen to run into any time-sensitive requirements where existing orders need modification or new orders need to be placed, let our Sales department know as soon as possible so we can work to provide the necessary product(s) in a timely manner.
Hurricane Sandy Approaches

We anticipate being in normal production this week as Hurricane Sandy approaches and makes landfall on the eastern US coastline. However, much of our area expects to be in emergency conditions, so stay tuned for updates. Power outages and blocked roadways are anticipated, so there may be changes to our production availability as the situation progresses. Check out NOAA's forecast information for more as Hurricane Sandy develops.
