Push-to-talk Handsets

Audiosears push-to-talk handsets are physically and electrically interchangeable with AT & T Technologies (Western Electric) G-5 type models. Bar switch options are also available in K-style models. All handsets (G or K-style) and component parts are manufactured with "Great Pride" by Audiosears at its plant in upstate New York.

Push bar type switch options

• Standard leaf switch - form A, AA, B, BA, C and two form c.
• Multiple Switching - four form A or optional microswitch types available
• Dual form C sequencing switch available

Standard telephone handset switches

P/N 1775 switch assembly with form A (SPST) leaf-type construction and all component parts are completely interchangeable with WECO, ITT, and Northern Electric models. Can be supplied with plunger bars in all telephone colors, blank, or with custom logo hot stamped or premolded. Optional switch forms as illustrated are available prewired or as separate component parts.

Trademarks

Standard plunger bars are furnished without trademarks (blank). Custom trademarks can be premolded or hot stamped to specification.

Receiver switch options

The switch button is normally white on black handsets and black on colored handsets. As illustrated, handsets can be furnished with a combination of receiver and bar switches to provide multifunctional switching.

Cordsets

Standard vinyl jacketed long-lasting round cords or lighter duty modular cords are available in 5' and optional 7, 10, 15, and 25' lengths in all colors. Jacket and leads (round cords) trimmed and prepped to specification. Stranded, shielded, and rubber-jacketed cordsets are available.

Transmitters

Standard carbon. Optional amplified or unamplified electret, controlled magnetic, or noise cancelling dynamic elements can be supplied where special clarity is required.

Receivers

Standard hearing aid compatible or lightweight magnetic earphones can be supplied with or without varistor (click reducer). All receivers are available custom manufactured in impedance range of 100 to 4000 Ohms.
