Administrative Assistant


Full-Time Position / Benefits Package

  • Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Professional, outgoing personality with an awareness of company image. Team-oriented. Flexible, helpful and able to cross-train across various accounting and reception departments.

  • Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) and/or one (1) year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills a must. Proficient typing and general secretarial skills needed including the ability to keep good notes and records of meetings.

  • Strong Computer Skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.

  • Payroll processing and Accounting experience a plus. Good mathematical and Excel skills.

  • Job Summary:

  • Utilize strong organizational and professional skills to provide administrative assistance and support on a daily basis.

  • Possess excellent communication skills and able to conduct assigned tasks efficiently, effectively, tactfully and in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Adhere to strict policies and procedures necessary for privacy and confidentiality at all times including the handling of personnel and payroll records.

  • Perform a variety of basis clerical duties including scheduling, note-taking, phone reception, typing, and various customer service functions involving visitors and customers and executive appointments.

  • Accurately complete all aspects of weekly payroll processing including the ability to prepare and reconcile various general ledger reports.

    Electrical Engineer


    Full-Time Position

  • Candidate must possess an inquiring personality that focuses on the development of new technology as well as the improvement of existing product. Personality must also be conducive to sales as some sales calls may be necessary.

  • Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Associates Degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience in the communications industry.

  • Job Summary:

  • Candidate must have the ability to design new products and modify existing designs.  Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a positive. Project Management skills are a necessity as well as Knowledge of the ISO quality standard. Audiosears practices Lean Manufacturing techniques and the Engineering Department must participate in this effort.

  • Some domestic and international travel may be necessary.

    Payroll Clerk


    Full-Time Position / Benefits Package

  • Candidate must be reliable, attentive to detail, organized and accurate.

  • Professional personality with a keen awareness of confidentiality.

  • Able to be flexible and cross-trained across accounting and receptionist departments.

  • Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Accounting background or one (1) year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • Experience with all aspects of payroll reporting a plus.

  • Strong computer and mathematical skills a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.

  • Job Summary:

  • Candidate is responsible for all aspects of weekly payroll including applicable general ledger entries and handling of confidential personnel information. Attention to detail and accuracy required.

  • Responsible for maintaining personnel records while adhering to strict policies and procedures regarding privacy and confidentiality.

  • Responsible for processing employee payroll requests such as direct deposits and payroll deductions.

  • Able to prepare a wide variety of records and reports related to the payroll process and the reconciliation of payroll to general accounting processes.

    Sales Associate


    Full-Time Position

  • Candidate must possess a friendly, outgoing personality while maintaining a professional and ethical demeanor.

  • Education/Experience:

  • AS Degree with a concentration in Sales/Marketing and/or three (3) years related experience in electronics and communication equipment.

  • Job Summary:

  • Candidate must develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to meet corporate goals. Strategy should include identifying new sales opportunities while increasing current customer growth. Competition should be identified and a plan implemented to compete in a global market. Audiosears is ISO certified therefore, procedures must be followed and there is a strong concentration on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
